Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, serial numbers, and UPC codes intact, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is returned without all included accessories or promotional items, the retail value of those items may be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at virrrairexooo@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not affix labels or write directly on the manufacturer’s packaging; place the item in a separate shipping box.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our policies.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Opened or unsealed computer software, games, or data storage media.

Digital content (such as downloads or activation keys) once delivery has started.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed (e.g., in-ear headphones).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
